These and other facts will be discussed at the Washington State Lung Cancer Awareness Forum, a free event open to the public being held tonight, Nov. 19 from 6-8:30 p.m. at Swedish Medical Center’s main campus.

SEATTLE, Nov. 18, 2008 – The Swedish Cancer Institute – in collaboration with Seattle Cancer Care Alliance and Virginia Mason Medical Center – is hosting the 2008 Washington State Lung Cancer Awareness Forum on Wednesday, Nov. 19 from 6-8:30 p.m. in Glaser Auditorium on Swedish’s First Hill Campus (747 Broadway, Seattle). Hors d’oeuvres and mingling will be from 5-6 p.m.
The public is invited to attend this free event, which will be dedicated to raising awareness and advocacy for lung cancer.
Speakers will include:
