Washington state health officials are warning residents not to eat unpasteurized cheese products because they may be contaminated with a bacteria called Listeria monocytogenes, the cause of a potentially dangerous infection called Listeriosis.
Officials issued the warning after receiving reports of several cases of Listeriosis in Yakima, Klickitat and King Counties.
